Mermaids Gentlemen's Club, located at Blvd. Lázaro Cárdenas esq. Vicente Guerrero, Centro, 23450, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

What this website collects

This website does not collect or store any personal data. It is a static site with no database and no server-side processing. The booking form does not send anything to us on its own: it simply composes a message in your browser and hands it to WhatsApp or to your email client, so you are the one who chooses to send it, and to whom.

The only thing stored in your browser is a flag confirming you stated you are 18 or older, so the age notice is not shown again. It stays on your device and is never transmitted.

What we receive when you contact us

When you write to us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the data you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, and the details of your reservation. We use it for one purpose only: to manage and confirm your booking. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for advertising, and we do not use it to send you promotions unless you ask us to.

Third-party services

If you choose to load the map in the Location section, Google will receive your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy. The map does not load until you click the button. WhatsApp conversations are subject to Meta's terms.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification of, cancellation of, or object to the use of your personal data (ARCO rights), as well as withdraw your consent. Write to hello@mermaidsloscabos.com with your request and a way to identify yourself. We will respond within the terms set by the LFPDPPP.

Changes

Any change to this notice will be published on this page, with the date it takes effect.
